What Information We Collect and Why

EvAAL collects only the information necessary to provide our assistive technology and AAC evaluation services:

• Account information — your name and email address, used to manage your evaluator account
• Evaluation data — student profile information and assessment results entered by you as the evaluator, stored encrypted and used only to generate reports
• Payment information — processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details
• Usage data — aggregate, anonymized analytics via Google Analytics to improve our platform

We Do Not Sell Your Data

EvAAL does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or your students' data to any third party for any commercial purpose. Student evaluation data is treated as confidential educational records and is never disclosed to advertisers, data brokers, or marketing platforms.
